Rubber extrusions or profiles
Rubber extrusions or profiles are made by continuous extrusion and vulcanisation – LCM, UHF, etc… or by discontinuous extrusion and autoclave (steam) vulcanisation. Both rubber extrusion methods have their specific advantages and limitations.
We will always ask you for the application of a rubber profile so all ins en outs of the profile can be taken into account in the earliest possible stage of development. This essential information allows us to choose the right method of production, the necessary tooling and a rubber compound that will do what is is supposed to do.
Fabric reinforced extrusions
One of our newest achievement are fabric reinforced profiles. These are made to customer specifications and offer high tear strength and resistance to high pressure when used for inflatable seals.
